All you have to do is simply post that you accept and aknowledge all the rules!

rules seem fine, however, i will bring up that players placed on IR status (DL) are not automatically kicked out of said status once healthy. this requires owners to be active and honest, and place healthy players on active or reserve status. otherwise, it requires policing, or they fall through the cracks, on purpose or not.
